巻藁射様』: 原奥書に「右此一軸雖為秘書別而御執心依不淺令相續畢妄他見有之間鋪者也 寛文四甲辰年五月吉日 海野仁左衛門景充 恒川十郎兵衛吉忠」「右一本貞丈自筆ニ相違無之者也 伊勢権左衛門貞輝」とあり / 『弓細工秘傳書』: 原奥書に「右此一巻繁藤之次第於當流殊成雖為秘事於末代愚昧之子孫荒々為可存之具記置之也假令雖為親子兄弟射術不堪之輩者不可相傳前人堅此置誡之者也仍如件 弘治貳年八月日 信豊御判」とあり / 彩色あり / 見返しに「巻藁射様 弓細工秘傳書 合本」と墨書あり / 朱筆書き入れあり / この資料は国文学研究資料館の歴史的典籍NW事業により撮影しました。
